The grounds are beautifully maintained. There is always a prompt response to needs and repairs by both the office and the maintenance staff. I live in one of the newer units, which are solid, and well insulated, Regardless if it's cold or hot outside, it's always comfortable within my apartment. Best of all, I feel very safe living here at University City Village

My 2 bedroom casita is comfortable, reasonably-sized and nicely laid-out, with a surprising amount of storage space and large windows that provide a good amount of natural light and adequate ventilation. It would have been nice had the building been laid out to permit cross-ventilation in each unit, but that's a minor niggle. The building is sufficiently well-insulated that I haven't yet needed either the air conditioner or the heater, and I rarely hear my neighbors. Having a reserved covered parking space is very helpful.

I never hear my neighbors just occasionally some running water. The grounds are beautiful, the staff friendly and respond quickly to any requests. The exterior of the buildings need maintenance. I like the carport parking.

Over 55 community with many active adults walking, jogging, swimming, and playing golf at an enjoyable 9 hole golf course nearby. Community is dog friendly and young children visiting grandparents are often seen adding a positive air. Unit is older but in great shape and maintained well by staff. Very happy with our decision to live in University City Village.

Not only was she disrespectful and condescending once we decided to relocate, she was highly unethical by keeping a sizeable portion of our deposit. She can make all the excuses she wants but even though we left the rental spotless, she would not return our full deposit.

The Folks who handle the maintenance is Very Proffesional and quickly resolve issues with you in mind. I Highly Recommend Living Here. I have been here since 10 2017. All is Great, They Take Perfect Care Of The Property. I Rate The Property And RA Snyder. The Management Company in a 1 out of 10. A Definte 10 I am not sure how to rate the question on noise issues. However, I have never had any issues at all.

Though the owner of the adjoining properties are related, and both properties were built at the exact same time the two properties could not be managed more differently. To be fair to the people at Town Park Villas, they do not want to invest much in properties that are soon to be torn down, and they did keep up all of the big thinks in my mom's past apartment. The service at University City Village is top rate. Not only does the staff respond quickly to the very few minor issues my mom has had to date, but Maria and Susan are very proactive in making sure that there are no problems. The grounds are very nicely maintained as well. Because the apartment my mom lives in is the older style garden apartment, she has a nice little patio she can spend time on watching the world go by and listening to the birds that make the neighboring trees their home. Before moving into the apartment I requested that the living room floor be converted from carpeting to wood because there was a possibility my mom might need to use a wheel chair in the neat future. Not only did they make that concession, but there was no adjustment in the monthly rent because of it. All the appliances are top rate, though the washer and dryer are small. The washer and dryer are fine for 90 of what people wash, but linen and comforters are a little to large for the space saver appliances. I very much hope that my mom can live out her remaining days in the apartment.
